Terms of Service for amerinsured.com
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at amerinsured.com and any related pages, forms, and services (collectively, the "Site"), operated by American Insurance Nation, Inc d/b/a American US Insurance ("American US Insurance," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
American US Insurance is a licensed independent insurance agency, not an insurance company. We are licensed to transact insurance in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. We help consumers and businesses shop for coverage by working with a range of third-party insurance carriers. We do not underwrite insurance, issue policies, or guarantee coverage.
3. No Coverage Is Bound Through the Site
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or communicating with us does not bind, activate, modify, cancel, or renew any insurance coverage. No coverage exists unless and until it is issued and confirmed in writing by an insurance carrier, and any required premium is paid. Quotes and estimates are for informational purposes only, are not offers of insurance, and are subject to carrier underwriting, verification, and approval. Actual terms, availability, and pricing are determined solely by the carrier.
4. Products We Do Not Offer
American US Insurance does not sell or service Medicare products (including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans). Any request submitted through the Site relating to Medicare cannot be fulfilled by us.
5. Informational Purposes Only; Not Professional Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional insurance advice. Coverage descriptions are summaries only; the actual terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of any policy are set by the policy documents and the issuing carrier. You should speak with a licensed agent before making any insurance decision.
6. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
7. Communications Consent (Calls, Texts, and Email)
When you provide your contact information and submit a form on the Site — including where you check a consent box — you agree that American US Insurance and its agents may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, text message (SMS/MMS), and email, for purposes related to your inquiry, quotes, policy servicing, and related offers.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request a quote or service without agreeing to promotional calls or texts.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
- You may opt out at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to any text message, replying to any email with an unsubscribe request, or calling us at 1-800-868-9170. We will honor opt-out requests within the time required by law. Replying HELP to a text, or contacting us at 1-800-868-9170 or support@amerinsured.com, will provide assistance.
- Text messaging is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (d) introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation; (e) use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access or harvest data from the Site; or (f) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites, tools, or carrier portals (for example, quoting or self-service tools). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, American Insurance Nation, Inc, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Insurance Nation, Inc and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@amerinsured.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding arbitration. Except as stated below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any calls, texts, or emails you receive from us — including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, or similar federal or state laws — will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and not in court. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, and may be conducted by telephone, video, or written submissions where the rules allow. The arbitrator's award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and American US Insurance agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or stop unauthorized access to the Site. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, only that claim will proceed in court; the rest of this Section still applies.
Right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@amerinsured.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, the class-action waiver and the court-venue provision below still apply.
Venue for matters not arbitrated. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
